I am a Data Scientist in the Digital R&D team at Weir Minerals Digital, based in Malmö, Sweden, where I have been developing AI-based intelligent control systems and data analytics solutions for mineral processing and optimization since November 2025.
I hold a Ph.D. in Mechatronics and Embedded Control Systems from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden (2025), supervised by Prof. Lei Feng. I received my M.Sc. in Mechatronics from KTH, Sweden (2019), and my B.Eng. in Mechatronics Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), China (2018).
I have professional experience in control systems, optimization algorithms, embedded systems, and machine learning. During my Ph.D., my research focused on real-time autonomous systems, robotic control and sensing, optimal control and reinforcement learning, and edge computing applications. Previously, I worked at Robert Bosch GmbH (ETAS) on model-based control systems.
